General Colin Pacman W.I.P.

Huzzah for Futurama fan art! Its General Colin Pacman from one of my favourite episodes anthology of interest II.
Its not quite finished yet because Paint Shop Pro seems to like crapping out on me. I plan to have text and more cel shaded colouring (like to show) but there seems to be problems with writing to a portion of my memory and PSP crashes whenever I do something (curses!). So for now might as well get it up here since its 90% done. I'll have a full report when I've fixed my CPU/PSP and finished adding in the other stuff

A few details: this not a full digital drawing, its actually hand drawn but I went over it and made it almost all digital. The maze in the background is true to the Pacman games but its not from any of the games (my own design) Like all Matt Groening characters I gave him a slight overbite (its not too noticeable)
