Just to clarify so no one gets confused...
I’m not giving up on art or drawing, ever!
I am in a way leaving this black hole knows as DeviantART, I will still post her and check on everything but it will be more toned down
I will let everyone know where I will be moving too

There, now that that’s out of the way I can continue with the main part. First off I have been busy setting up some *ahem* special surprises that will be revealed later, that should partly explain my absence (Animethon is the main culprit ^^)
As for Animethon 14 I haven’t quite done a full review of it as I have been waiting to get my picts all setup but I can tell you it was a BLAST! (the best one yet). More details will be posted on my LiveJournal [link] . So be sure to check it out if your curious.

Now the big news, I am leaving dA for Fur Affinity. Why you may ask well...
1. There I can cater directly to the fandom (there’s just not enough here)
2. I promised that when I tried my hand at some adult art I would open up an account there (its no VCL but it is an alternative)
3. I have grown impatient with this swirling vortex of darkness. I have tried for moths to make the best of being here, trying to attract visitor’s, faving and watching but I just can’t get anywhere. So its time to move on.

Right now I am in the process of transferring my gallery to FA so right now it’s empty but here is the link

I know many good artists that have moved there so I hope to see lots of you guys there too ^^
Until that is complete keep an eye on my VCL gallery for updates.

Ok for those wondering about my absence from dA wonder no more!
Recently my bro acquired an XBox 360 and thus we needed to get it online so we (mostly me) had to do some reconfiguring and placement of one of our routers (the wireless one that handled the Wii and DS connections)

Like always problems came up and my internet connection was erratic and couldn't hold onto anything. And then I had to go out of town to build a garage at our lake. But anyway with a little tinkering and much reconfiguring I am back with a solid connection and increased security! Via the router which is now under my complete control.

As well I had some time to finish some outstanding art, which has been on my VCL page for a while (don't ask me why the VCL gave a better connection?).

So that’s the gist of it. I'll have more info and news as it comes up, cause boy do I have some big announcements!

Well is t seems while I was away putting up a garage at our cabin I got a call back from a store I applied too and well it seems I got the job no interview required! It’s a small collector’s store in West Edmonton mall (yes I now work in the largest mall in the world ^^) called ‘Collectors Edge’ ([link]). Its really quite a sweet deal I get all week off to work on my computer and do my art and then go in on weekends to do my thing, you know sell stuff, man the register, talk with customers about geek stuff that I talk about! Suffice to say it’s the second best job ever! (Lets face it when I worked for Blockbuster I got 10 free rentals a week that alone secures its place as top spot)

And in other news I have completed my IOU to-do list for he summer: this is everything I owe to people. There may be changes and such over the course of the summer but right now that its it. Oh and I am currently closed for all trades / requests until this gets cleared up. This list has accumulated or the past year so right now I just want to say Sorry to everyone who I owe stuff!

It seems my good friend Fraleth has declined to have me draw the art I owe him and I can understand completely, its always better to come up with your own vision of a character rather than leave it to someone else. I wish you good luck and if you ever want some art just give a shout it’s the least I can do for a long time friend ^^

With Fraleth dropping our that means I have finally completed the dA Journal sketch contest! *whew* now that is something worth celebrating! Or worth reviving? Any takers?

Leanna - I don’t’ really have one.
Stiph - The OneUps or any artist on OCRemix.
Shrill - I find Beck to be quite entertaining.

Amber - Any music from a foreign country, that way I can’t get pissed off by the lyrics.

Leanna - Black and white.

Leanna - If you mean scales, I’m orangish-brown and light brown.
Stiph - I don’t have skin I have scales! And they’re greenish-blue and dark yellow.
Shrill - Call them what you want but there dark brown and beige.
Kamokelian - Are forgetting that I’m a chameleon!? I can change to any colour. But I mostly prefer shades of turquoise with an orange belly.
Amber - *pushers her hat up* they’re called scales and I’m dark green with a pale green underbelly.

20)Fat/Average/Slim?
Leanna - Average.
Stiph - Average.
Shrill - Average to slightly big not fat.
Kamokelian - Average to slim.
Amber - Average.

21) Rain or sunshine?
Leanna - Sunshine, definitely sunshine.
Stiph - Rain.
Shrill - Rain is very soothing and helps my creative process.
Kamokelian - Rain gives me an excuse to stay in-doors without feeling guilty.
Amber - I find the suns rays to be therapeutic and warming.

22) Pool or Beach?
Leanna - A day at the beach beats any pool.
Stiph - I can’t stand salt water, so pool.
Shrill - Beach, it gives me chance to get out of town.
Kamokelian - Pools seem so disease ridden, the beach not so much.
Amber - Neither, first off I’m not an inflatable crocodile toy second salt water is bad for my scales.

23)camping or staying home?
Leanna - Being in touch with nature is totally worth the trouble of camping.
Stiph - Not a big fan of camping, I’d rather stay home.
Shrill - Camping has it pros but the cons outweigh it, home for me.
Kamokelian - Camping all the way! Just remember to bring batteries.
Amber - I’ve never been camping so it might be fun.

24)Dog or Cat?
Leanna - As a friend or a pet?
Stiph - Neither.
Shrill - I’ve had to deal with both of them, but dogs are more fun to be around.
Kamokelian - Cats seem to like it rough, and so do I.
Amber - I’ll take’em both on!

25) Believe in aliens?
Leanna - Yep.
Stiph - Wow, that’s a hard one. Unsure.
Shrill - Anything is possible, especially with the advancements we’ve made in science and technology.
Kamokelian - I’m with Mulder on this one. I want to Believe!
Amber - Why not, there’s so much crap going on lets throw aliens into the fray.

Leanna - I’m a natural hatched dragon.
Stiph - I’m all natural.
Shrill - Do I look like a clone, ok bad answer. Natural hatched.

Amber - Pure non-cloned Tenaka DNA here and proud of it.

27)Car or Ship?
Leanna - A car is much easier to access.
Stiph - Ships have my vote, seafaring or space bound I like them all.
Shrill - Until a renewable fuel source is created, neither.
Kamokelian - Boats can do more but cars are much better looking, cars please.
Amber - Depends on the type of car / boat.

28) Ever destroyed something out of Blind Rage?
Leanna - Yes. But I regret doing it.
Stiph - I’ve been told I have but I can never remember.
Shrill - On purpose yes, out of blind rage, no.
Kamokelian - hehehe yeah, that old computer never saw it coming.
Amber - I can focus my rage and I prefer not to harm anyone or anything with it but if I have to I will.

29)Any Unusual Things about you?
Leanna - I can play video games, and I’ve got more skills than most people think.
Stiph - One of my eye markings are natural, a hatchling mark actually, the other is a tattoo I can’t remember which is which.
Shrill - I’m a scientifically driven Triceratops with a thing for sweaters and space based experiments, what could be unusual about that *rolls her eyes*
Kamokelian - Not only can I roll my tongue but I can touch my toes with it and curl it into a corkscrew.
Amber - Not really, but I guess I am a pretty good fighter.

30)How much food/drink do you need a day?
Leanna - At least one good meal and regular doses of water.
Stiph - I prefer to constantly snack, I dunno 3 bags of chips a few hot wings 4 liters of pop.
Shrill - I prefer 3 good meals and any drinks I can get a hold of.
Kamokelian - I’m a big supporter of lunch and supper, so 2 meals plus snacks and any drinks.
Amber - 3 meals plus any other food or drink I can acquire.

31)Favourite Place?
Leanna - Probably my room, it’s the most serene place in the house.
Stiph - Anywhere with a game, video or board.
Shrill - Laboratory.
Kamokelian - Arcade or computer lab.
Amber - Meditation garden.
